Summer Yang into Yin

Led by resident instructor Zoe Stapleton, Summer Yang into Yin will open with guided breathwork and intention setting to calm the mind and release tension in the body. 

From here we will move into the Yang element of this special event, a dynamic vinyasa flow featuring asanas/poses inspired by the summer season. Based around the air and fire elements, Zoe has designed a sequence to build heat and leave you feeling energised.

The latter half of this event will transition into restorative Yin yoga to balance the mind and body. Using a range of props, Zoe will lead you through a combination of longer held asanas/poses that can reduce anxiety, improve circulation and improve flexibility. 

The workshop will close with an extended savasana and a positive affirmation card to take away with you.

This event is suitable for everyone, regardless of your personal yoga experience.
