"Autumn is a special time of year for me, an opportunity for fresh starts and encouragement to slow down and let go, just as nature does all around us. My personal practice tends to change around this time, in line with the changes in nature, and I look forward to sharing with you how powerful moving with the seasons can be.

With each new season I embrace the opportunity to reflect on what I want and, through my extensive yoga, breathwork and meditation training, I have harnessed a toolkit to both fire up my soul and bring focus and balance to my inner world no matter what is going on in the outside world".
