We Are Moving
Regrettably I have to inform you that Yoga Republic will no longer be able to offer yoga classes at 3 Hardman Square from Monday 26th August, the Summer Bank holiday.
Our last classes at 3 Hardman Square will be Sunday 25th August.

I realise the 26th August isn't far away and I wanted to update you all sooner, but I have been working hard to try and keep us at 3 Hardman Square and was hoping I wouldn't have to write this email to you.
Yoga Republic is not closing down and I hope to confirm a new, interim class schedule at another building nearby - more details on that below.
At the same time I am exploring options for a longer term, city centre venue where we can offer you a diverse choice of classes and even better customer experience.

Eden, New Bailey
I have been in discussions with the team at Eden, a brand new office building designed and built to the highest environmental standards. The building is only a 5-minute walk from our current home and has a dedicated studio space off the ground floor lobby. The studio is a lovely, tranquil space perfect for yoga and we have been running a number of private test classes there over the summer.
The team at Eden have been really helpful and I hope to confirm a new interim class schedule before 26th August.​
The studio comfortably holds eight yoga mats so, when we have agreed a schedule with Eden, I recommend you book a little earlier than usual to avoid disappointment - you can always reschedule a booking if your plans change.

The Future
Yoga Republic is not going away and we are just getting started. I am excited at the prospect of working with the Eden team and look forward to sharing details of a new schedule with you shortly. We will not be able to offer the same number of classes at Eden and I will confirm the new interim schedule as soon as I can.
I am also exploring alternative venues, somewhere larger that can accommodate demand for our busier classes, and offer a flexible class schedule as we continue to grow the Yoga Republic community that you are a valuable part of. Watch this space!
Class Schedule
Until we have agreed a class schedule with Eden, I have no option but to withdraw online booking of classes from Monday 26th August.
Anyone who has already booked a class with us after 26th August will receive a full refund. If you have booked using one of our Price Plans, your plan will be re-credited.
I hope to be in a position to confirm a schedule with Eden before Monday 26th August and will update the class schedule on our website accordingly. Please check the website regularly if you would like to book a class with us after Monday 26th August.
Price Plans
As the interim schedule at Eden will be limited, I am going to extend the validity/renewal of our Price Plans from 4-weeks to 8-weeks.
If any of our active Price Plan subscribers are unable to make the classes in the interim schedule, I will be happy to cancel your plan and offer a pro-rata refund for any unused classes. Please write to me at info@yoga-republic.com if you have any questions about your Price Plan.
We also offer Personal Tuition Price Plans and it's unlikely we will be able to offer Personal Tuition from Eden in the interim. Unfortunately I will have to cancel any active Price Plan subscriptions and process a pro-rata refund for unused sessions.

Yoga Republic been a life-changing journey for me. Walking away from a long career in urban design and property development to train as a yoga instructor and set up a studio as I approached 50 was quite a bold move, but I have loved bringing people together in our studio and doing something so life affirming.
So I thank you for supporting Yoga Republic and hope that you can be patient with us whilst we navigate our way through this period of disruption and onto a new, exciting chapter.
I'd like to thank all the instructors who have worked with us and brought professionalism, empathy and kindness to each and every class.
Thanks also goes out to the 3 Hardman Square team, especially Samantha, who has been instrumental in giving Yoga Republic its first opportunity. Everyone, from the reception team, security and housekeeping, have been so friendly and supportive.
I'd also like to thank Ella and Anna at Eden who kindly invited us to be part of the wellbeing offer at this landmark new office building.
I am truly excited about the opportunities that lay ahead for Yoga Republic and believe there is nothing like a bit of disruption and adversity to take stock and think about how to do things better! The future will be exciting and I hope you will continue to be part of that journey.
