In this 60-minute class you’ll hold gentle, floor-based postures for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to open gradually and the mind to quieten. Rather than building heat or flow, Yin works deeply into connective tissues, helping to release tension and improve mobility. Suitable for all levels, this practice offers the perfect counterbalance to life’s busyness — leaving you grounded, spacious, and deeply restored.
