- Discussion on Wheel pose, breaking the pose down into its core elements.
- A look at the anatomy of Wheel pose and which parts of the body are engaged.
- How to prepare the body for wheel pose.
- How to use props to help you journey into wheel pose.
- Working in pairs to explore Wheel pose.
- Exploration of Wheel pose progression and variations.
This workshop is suitable for all levels but some basic knowledge and experience of yoga is recommended.
