Martin Ellerby
Martin is the founder of Yoga Republic.
He took up yoga in his mid-forties, initially to give his ageing body some TLC but, after a few classes, he realised how beneficial it was for the mind, noticing improvements in his sleep patterns and clarity of thought.
Martin trained as a teacher in 2021 with Yoga Soul and set up Yoga Republic in 2022 to offer simple yoga classes that everybody, regardless of flexibility, fitness or yoga experience could enjoy.
His classes tend to focus on a blend of hatha and vinyasa styles with strong, mindful movement connected to the breath.

Bethan Maye
Beth has been teaching yoga since 2014 and specialises in Hatha, Yin, and Prañayama. Her goal is to make yoga fully accessible for all bodies, creating opportunities for body and mind to come into harmony.
Whether someone wants to deepen their practice, connect breath and movement, or simply move for the joy of it, Beth’s classes offer support and encouragement along the way.

Catherine Teague
After working in PR & Media, Cath decided to train as a yoga teacher. Her teaching style caters to all levels, specialising in Vinyasa, Yin, Hot yoga and pregnancy/post-natal yoga.
Cath wants to help you nourish your mind and body through yoga, giving you a safe space to detach from the pressures of everyday life.

Craig Seaton
Craig is a yoga teacher with a diverse background in the wellness industry. In addition to yoga, Craig is an experienced breathwork coach of eight years, a lucid dream facilitator, and transpersonal psychologist coach.
Over the last decade or so, he has led workshops, ceremonies and courses at festivals, businesses, events and retreats for those looking to heal, expand and discover deeper dimensions of life emotionally, physically, energetically and spiritually.

Emily Braybrooke
Whether it’s a dynamic sequence or a gentle flow, Emily loves creating a welcoming space where people can explore their own yoga journey.
A favourite reminder she brings into both teaching and personal practice is that while yoga itself is something to approach with care, we don’t always need to take ourselves too seriously along the way. Her classes are grounded in yogic philosophy, but there’s always room for lightness, laughter, and ease.

Jen Wildes
Jen has a particular interest in Vinyasa, Yin and mindful breathwork.
Whilst her vinyasa flow will challenge you physically, Jen believes yoga is just as much about our internal state, weaving in mindful breathwork techniques that will leave you physically and mentally invigorated at the end of class.

Lèa Sawicki
My experience in mental health, sport science, and teaching yoga gives me a unique perspective on rehabilitating individuals with physical and psychological health issues.
I enjoy working with others and have strong social and communication skills. I strive to be natural and informal in my approach, sometimes getting my words mixed up and laughing along the way. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga and am still discovering my preferences and strengths.
I love teaching because it empowers people to feel safe and comfortable in their bodies and realise their full physical potential. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, level, or background. I strive to make it as down-to-earth and relatable as possible to achieve this goal.
